That seemed pretty flimsy. He based it on Joe DiGenova saying that Brennan should hire a lawyer. He claimed that Joe has inside sources. Maybe, Joe has never claimed that his inside sources tell him Brennan is under indictment or that they indicate he should get a lawyer. He's basing it on facts we all know about what Brennan and the rest of the cabal did.
Old Joe ain’t what he’s cracked up to be. If he had inside info he wouldn’t be going after Sessions, especially considering the fact that Sessions would have had to recuse himself once it became a criminal investigation.
