If you read the story it’s this line of “he said she said”-—

Sounds like joking sarcasm which these people ain’t used to
Can the President simply “ban” a product that legal in the USA?
He can start a trade action, perhaps for dumping, but even that must work through a process.
Trump has never said this, so I don’t believe it.
