Donald Trump was wanted by two pro Baseball teams.

Not only does Trump know how to play hardball in the business world and as president of the United States, but it turns out he could play with the best of them in the baseball world. President Donald Trump was heavily scouted and wanted by two pro teams when coming out of his high school military prep academy to be a pro prospect.

The Boston Red Sox and the Philadelphia Phillies were keen to sign up the first basemen from NY Military Academy before he went off to college at Fordham University in 1964. From there he eventually transferred to University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

However, despite the keen interest, Trump turned down the two offers to pursue a baseball career because “He chose real money over baseball money.

Now, Go back to sleep "Never Trumpers"!!

As opposed to that darling of socialists, Fidel Castro, who was wanted by no team.

Obama was recruited for many school “Choom Teams.” Also, college D1 bowling teams recruited him heavily, especially when his average broke 100. He was also highly sought after by the Down Low Pitchers. He is an expert “brackets” guy, too.

So Trump was recruited for only one sport, but Obama lettered in four!

Scouts were mighty interested in Obama when they heard he was both a pitcher AND a catcher. For some reason, he went unsigned

He chose real money over baseball money.

The average MLB salary back then was $15,000.

It always cracked me up how DemonRat candidates were always trying to portray themselves as athletic and into manly activities during their campaigns. It was obvious Kerry had no idea how to even hold a shotgun and he looked like an idiot in a wetsuit. We all know how Buttcrack Hussein looked on a bike. Whatever they showed Gore doing, the speech from Caddyshack always came in to my head, “It’s easy to grin, when your ship comes in...”

I figured it was to help get their books in order for an audit or figure out why their director of operations was charging travel to Europe and charging $8,000/month for his cat’s Tender Vittles.

And they didn't want him, even when he showed solidarity by riding a girl's bike.

It's pretty bad when Charles Nelson Reilly looks more manly than you.

Just like a girl, with the arches of his feet on the pedals.

Total maladroit!

Ed Schultz was a star quarterback at Moorehead State and signed a pro football contract =>

“All that was needed was a spark, and the arrival in 1976 of a red-haired quarterback from Norfolk, VA changed the dynamics. Ed Schultz, a transfer from Memphis State and the University of Richmond, was sent packing to MSU by Don Pate, a onetime Dragon and later an assistant coach at Richmond.

The brash Schultz quickly became a media darling, and a 14-7 victory over Concordia College on opening day cemented him a spot in Dragon lore. In 1977 Schultz led the nation (NCAA II) in passing, while tight end Jeff Tesch (Robbinsdale) topped the nation in receiving, and both would sign professional football contracts.

I remember Algore during his campaign trying to be the alpha male after that coaching he got from that woman. He had managed to lose a few pounds and got himself squeezed in a pair of skin tight jeans. I suppose we were supposed to think he was studly but to me he just looked like he was about to split the seams of his pants. Trying too hard didn’t work.

Obama was wanted for nothing....ever. He may have been necessary to fill a racial quota or to keep him quiet.

The Orioles’ Peter Angelos would probably STILL sign him, despite his “grave” health.
