My ISP forced a firmware update and reboot on my upstream router yesterday. Downstream router is under my control; I have never trusted my ISP. Let the FIB spy on my thermostat or grade my sons math homework.
I’m not computer savvy at all...but two days ago the little man in my computer said he had to check my C drive..then some scan took place....why I don’t know....but it was before I signed on the internet, the computer had just been turned on...
