Good questions; I can’t figure out people like Podesta. I’m inclined to agree with some posts that imply some of these sightings may deal with the spirit realm. For example - the Bible describes movements of angels; somewhat similar to that of some UFO sightings.
The whole thing is just plain weird to me... I sure will not be surprised to find out, that US tax payers are funding these wack-jobs. That is what this so called man made climate change doctrine is about... tax US.
