Wasn’t that the AG’s responsibility?

Don’t get me wrong. I think Zero is guilty of treason. I just do not see how it is going to be proven.

I get tangled up in these things a lot but, if he wasn't actually president by virtue of NBC status, would that nullify some of these potential charges? I'm thinking in a "it depends on what the meaning of 'is' is" terms.
