I'm not sure what you are fishing for there. I think Q's point is that placement on a good faith vs. bad faith axis is going to be about the same for RR as it is for RM. The question of motive is interesting, but separate. It's likely the two of them have different motives, and just happen to share the preferred direction of the SC enterprise.
