They do it so they wont be sued. To write someone crashed their vehicle taints a potential jury’s perception.

That is one of the silliest things I've seen written on Freerepublic.

Have you met lawyers? Do ya live in the most litigious country in the world where people/legal groups bring up lawsuits for literally anything?
