Perhaps that's the way things "seem" in your head, but that's nothing like the way things are in reality. There are scores of pieces of evidence, most of which have never been disclosed here on FreeRepublic. They all speak to the way things were for the Fuddy event.
You pull out fuzzy pictures and talk about copyright to try to get the board owner to stifle this conversation as a previous one was, about a year ago. I wonder why it is that you and the Deep State share this interest to keep evidence concerning this topic from being aired and discussed.
Your aviation-unaware side-kick uses a Photoshopped picture to make false claims and in your way of reasoning, that somehow translates into "every piece of evidence is wrong" HA!
I've already shown that Fuddy had a fully-inflated adult life jacket on. There was no manual filling seen in the video. That was highly unlikely. It further shows Fuddy had no reason to be stressed, with both chambers inflated. If she gained experience in manual inflation, all the more unlikely it would be that she would be stressed by a partially-inflated life jacket. The NTSB story shows all the earmarks of having been concocted as an excuse for Fuddy to have been stressed when her brother completely disowns that as not the kind of person Loretta was.
Go ahead. Tell us how the evidence below doesn't depict a passenger strapping on, then sitting in a specially-designed electronics-filled life jacket cum antenna that could only have been on-site if the entire event was a hoaxed, government operation.
And tell us how and why one of the passengers testified to the police to say, "There was another male passenger [not the pilot] on the aircraft who already had a neck brace on."
And please tell us why this unassuming, orange and black metal diver gear was placed on the starboard wing. Which crash victim struggling to survive would have had interest and extra umph to place that heavy contraption there then not see fit to mention it so it might appear in any of the Maui Police, Maui County Fire Department, FAA, NTSB, or USCG crash reports?
The correct answer to these questions and evidence is that the Fuddy event was a Deep State hoax.
