I guessed that Rachel Brand was pro-Trump, and wasn't on board with all the crooked stuff that was going down. She didn't want to oversee the SC investigation, probably because it looked like a suicide mission (career or otherwise).

The commies are too stupid and arrogant to understand that there will be Hell to Pay (soon).
