It's not directly personal to her. Mueller's chain of command may need to change. Brand was not the right person for that role (not necessarily becuase she can't be trusted, maybe not enough horsepower).
TRUST (name)is a reference to the person to be named to backfill Rosenstein's removal or recusal from Mueller oversight. It can't be Brand, she's gone. The default, Panuccio, is, like Brand, not going to get the job for reasons that are unimportant.
