There is no "due process" associated with FISA. FISA is a spy vs spy activity. The FISA court exists to launder evidence just in case a spy is criminally charged. Even then, FISA evidence is rarely (I'd say never, but there is i think one exception) used in criminal trials, and if it is, the warrant, etc. is hidden from the defendant on grounds of national security, protecting sources and methods, etc.

The government is dirty as sin.
