A movement from 22:45 to 23:15 in 3 days would be 0:00 in 1.5 days, which would be during 5/21.
Another possible meaning of “Follow the pen”: A pen represents authority. “The pen is mightier than the sword.” Follow Trump, not the lying media. The photos show the “pen” has already acted.
