They said the White Helmats were always there on the scene after a chemical attack because they were the guilty party of it. It is difficult to understand what is going on there ... except that ISIS is bad, Iran is bad, and the forces put forth by Hillary/Obama/McCain (the “White helmets”) are highly suspect.
