Pelosi, Gov Moonbeam, Hollywood, Boxer, Feinstein, Arnold S, Holder, and many others.

"watch CA" could he be referring to AS? It certainly could. He is attached to the Standard Hotel, which is attached to sex trafficking of some sort. I think "Eyes Wide Open" in context refers to sex trafficking or pedo issues and that "Watch CA and NY" means to watch for charges or accusations of those type. And Adam Schiff is somehow connected. Though it could be any number of scumbags.
