When this was tweeted the other day, anon's quickly pulled together the cap's to reveal:

Which was translated to Arrest [Washington] DC World Wide - AP
AP could be Associated Press, of course, with many leak investigations at bay ... but I'm thinking something else, still, too. That day was the post of the Apple HQ and the shipping container ... speculation then was "AP" was "Apple Products" which I thought was not really good ... I wanted something better!
Now "Q" posts in light of different context - so, ante up, guesses please!
