Right not a vindication. The way the article is written, sounds like “we won’t indict as recommended by DOJ” but we’d like to.

Leaves the door open to making him look guilty of something inthe report when there is nothing. That’s all the Dems would need to spin toward impeachment...evidence or not.

Hopefully I’m wrong.
