Second, ask what the union takes out for dues.
Third, ask if the individual is single or married. I’m guessing single.
Fourth, ask if their college debt is being subtracted out of the pay.
Fifth, ask if this is a low income rural district.

There’s never enough money for them, the district is always broke BUT the Janitors are in the Teamsters Union and get $50 an hour. Since it is not a business and it is not THEIR money, there’s no real accountability and very little Common Sense.
