The NIXVM case is really interesting. On a previous Q thread I linked the indictment, and then the charging document, which superceded the indictment, and was released at the arraignment.
The charges were significantly worse, and included child sex charges, which were not in the original indictment.

It’s really a more blackmail organization that is the comprisation arm of the Senior Executive Service. We can’t know until we get indictments.
