There are a few good puzzles in last night's collection. Good questions on the mechanics of sealed indictments, from GJ to the safe. GJ secrecy is enforced by penalty of law, but given the stakes, I would not expect secrecy to be "perfect."
Federal vs ....
That's a head scratcher for me. Military or state, and state isn't an option. Nuremberg Trial started with an indictment. Anybody who has read my output knows I have serious doubts military tribunals will be used against US citizens as this revolution plays out.
I figure the "LOOP" remark aims to connect Loop Capital to the group National Security Action. Maybe by overlap in directorship and membership. There are tons of similar cross-breeding relationships.

I know you are not big on the military tribunal but it was mentioned a couple of months ago that there were a lot of military folks being recalled that were going to be used for them. It was noise at the time and I do not know what became of it.

RE Indictments: Seems to me they should be ready to unseal at least some of them at this point. Isn’t that part of the reason that Huber is there?
I need to go through the resignation dbase to see who from National Security Action has left recently. It’s a lot of names over there in that nest of vipers.
