I am living your experience, similarly. Rome is challenging God himself, and his people. The FSSP is thinly spaced in the country, particularly in fly over country. The modern church is certainly not the Church of the Ages.
It’s hard to know that fact, and to know how to deal with it when there is no recourse but to suffer through the reality, as it exists.
We have no recourse but God. Just remember, the gates of hell shall not prevail against the church. Pray constantly, pray unceasingly.
