Birds, the one at 1:09 is closer to the camera so it appears larger and moving faster because it it closer to the camera and the closer to the camera the narrower the field of vision, imagine the view of the camera as a triangle stating at the camera and getting wider and wider the further out you go, the second bird is higher up and slightly further away so it appears smaller and slower, another birds flies by at 1:01 as well but travelling left to right instead

You’re right. I’ve watched this many times and never caught that before. Also, there is some debris that falls of the first tracer. You can see it fall to the ground and to the lower right of the orb.
