so obama has to pay us back the money for unauthorized expenditure?
Could be challenging.
1. His treasonous hide ain't worth much. Anybody that would want his organs would be too stupid to give them to.
2. His personal wealth wouldn't begin to touch the debt.
3. The current universe might not last long enough for him to crush rocks for it.
4. Almost anything he's touched should be incinerated in hell and not given to anyone else for any reason.
