The conservative-libertarian author, James Dale Davidson, also happened to find himself in the Rhodes Scholarship program with Clinton. It was James who told me once that a professor at Oxford announced to a group of students: “He (Clinton) is going to be President of the United States.”
Yup. A California Communist politician at a Communist party bash was crowing to someone else about how wonderful the Clintons were in their rise to their designated power roles. Was angered when I first came across that—IIRC well before their installation in D.C.
