Yes, you/we have agreed to their listening and even looking through you hi rez camera lens, 24/7.
We pay for 1984.
We suck.
Even when you think your device is off.
It never really is, unless you can remove the battery or unplug from the wall.
Sweet dreams.

Wonder how my device would like to sleep in a refrigerator. Stupid thing would probably talk to my car.

I do have all the lenses covered.

What hi-rez camera lens? My flat screen monitor lacks a webcam. Husband’s laptop cam is blocked. Mic off in settings. Kindles have covers that cover camera and all apps are set to off. Sometimes cannot download while at home and have to wait a while before an order shows up. An ebook will show, but then needs to be specifically downloaded. Kindle is always shut down when I am not actively reading, cover closed and stored in out-of-the-way location.

Usually need to call his cell via landline to find out where it is....should I ask FB? How would they know if none of the GPS services can accurately and reliably find this property and if the platform for my email often says *No Internet*, even though I can surf and my modem says all is well.

I agreed to nothing.

When Yahoo sends me an ad once a month, I just delete it. When they fill my mailboxes w/their news spam after I empty them, I shut it down and sign out.

When my PC is sleeping, it takes almost 2 minutes before I have an internet connection after *waking* it. When it is shut down, how can anything be active from a distance....there is no connection at that time. When I boot up, there is no access until I sign in and even then, I have a latency of several minutes. “Sorry, there seems to be a problem finding this site.”

No accounts, so I have never signed in to FB via those ubiquitous icons on every web site. Have not been tagged in anyone else’s FB that I know of. Have two friends with active FB, a couple of acquaintances with business pages.

I do not quite understand how this magic is accomplished. Seriously.
