Sadly my son as a first grader said one day..MOM I hate stupid people. He at 30 shakes his head and says..yes there are a lot of stupid people in this world. We must ignore them or be bothered all the time. Don't go there.:^)

Bless their hearts, and I have managed plenty of them. I think the thing that bugs me the most is when the smarter people lie and take advantage. It ought to be criminal.

20% of the people are both dumb and arrogant know-it-alls, and can be tough to deal with. Most of the time the arguments are pointless, so let them have their way. Better, I think, to at least smile and chit chat. Makes life a little more pleasant for all, and it's free.
