Lets not entirely forget that while 188 has been used so has 187. Now which do we consider to be 6 months. Half a year, by our calendar, is 187 1/2 days. Are we to drop the 1/2 and make it 187, or are we to carry the 1/2 over and it becomes 188? Or do both represent the exact same thing, namely 6 months?
