Not really. My brain doesn't work that way. One doesn't need to know how a car works exactly..I can change a tire..my brother-in-laws keep my car in top shape. And this great Professor died within 5 years of me taking his class, sadly. He was testing an air plane he had built entirely on his own. Father of four teens at the time.
Sometimes in life one needs to break the rules. I use to sneak food into school and give it to a boy who was usually up through the night on the couch because his mom couldn't stop bringing drunks home.
I asked myself. What's more important to this boy..risking my job and sneaking him food and keeping his desk in order..or having him sleep and be in the principals office most every day? I made sure he passed/and learned.
