I agree with your assessment.
IMHO RR and Mueuller are neither black hats nor white; although IMHO RR is a bit whiter. They are leveraged (in particular Mule) and decided to do the right thing. I agree that if they were working against MAGA then Q would not be so confident that all is going acording to plan. That is a huge point right there.
And also imho, Q is ambiguous about RR and Mule’s positions so that the black hats reading his messages continue to simmer in fear and confusion. HA HA HA HA HA
