Were they new or extensions ? Why were both FBI & DOJ sign-offs needed ?
The FEDs consider Page a foreign agent of Russia. does that make him foreign or domestic or both ?
Judge Collier was pretty specific regarding what can and can’t be shared (inter-agency wise among other things)in her memorandum of 04/2017.
There were recurring reporting requirements from Intel to the court that I haven’t been able to find,(they aren’t part of public filings) nor have I found any MSM reporting that the reports were even made.
I’m assuming the reports were made to the court and passed muster otherwise the 7/2017 wouldn’t have been approved ?
BTW...thanks for all your expertise & info ...do you have a ping list ?
One new. Three extensions of original warrant.
Both FBI and DOJ sign off required by statute. 50 USC 1804 - Application for Court Orders.

Slightly tangential issue. That FISC opinion relates to FISA 702 activity - which I think was abused as well in ways to work political surveillance. The FISA warrant against Carter Page was NOT a 702 warrant. 702 warrants are blanket surveillance, not personally targeted.
I think illegal activity in 702 leads to illegal activity vs Carter Page (that personalized FISA warrant is, IMO, "the insurance policy." The court-issued warrant immunizes the government actors even if they committed a crime) and ALSO, on it's own, has illegal unmasking activity before the Carter Page FISA warrant issued.
