why doesn't McCain resign? Think logically A guess plus I think I read it here a while back:
I think there's a cutoff date after which the Governor appoints a replacement but before there has to be a special election. If that's accurate, they are playing Weekend at Bernie's with the old Hobbit's corpse until they can wheel and deal his gross wife into the slot.
