Another question I have about Manafort is, he was doing the Ukraine business with Podesta. I know the Podestas closed up shop after the SC/Manafort issue, but why no indictment?
That memo references Manafort and crimes concerning Russians and yet as Judge Ellis points out, the indictments against Manafort have nothing to do with Russia. The word Russia is not mentioned in any of SC indictments against Manafort.
The SC has clearly overstepped even the amended memo. Which was added after the raid and arrest of Manafort.
