The proposal is a ledger with four columns: 1, the Q-statement, 2, the Date of the Q-statement, 3, the fulfilment, and 4, the date of the fulfillment.

Honestly, I doubt they can scrounge a single entry. Take the big one, N. Korea. Q’s statement was that the CIA’s strings had been cut.
