One night about thirty years ago, I was driving home from visiting a buddy who lived a couple of towns over, and there were flashing lights all over in some timber that was part of a semi-rundown farm. It looked like every emergency vehicle in two counties were out in the "grove"... along with some really bright floodlights too.

A few days later I found out that hey had arrested a guy for disposing of a body with the assistance of some hogs. The hogs apparently made a poor job of it and he ended up using an end loader, also making a poor job of it, as they found more than enough of the dearly departed.

I was hanging out w/Grandma in the hospital months ago and the Jack Reacher guy, Lee Child, wrote a donated copy of Make Me.
