Quickest view is via Pacer directly, and I hope a regular news reporter is watching that docket or has a "request for notice" to the court clerk.

courtlistener.com mirror of the Flynn case docket might be updated quickly, or might be up to a few days behind.

I don't expect the filing to be substantive at all. Just a "ready" or "not ready" statement. If ready, the joint status report might request the court to provide a schedule for pre-sentencing motions, and might indicate a preferred schedule.

In pre-sentencing, first to go will be the government. Defendant responds to the government filing.
