How is people resigning any kind of justice? They just get to burn it down and walk away? On to some other company, university, or network to destroy that, too?! This is what I’m talking about- no one is being held accountable or punished. What would stop anyone from committing these crimes in the future if the only deterrent is ‘ oh, I might have to resign.’_ basically they have just gotten out while the getting good. Thinking that is any kind of justice is just desperately grasping at straws.

Just deciding WHO should be WHERE on the punishment ladder must be taking a considerable number of people a long time to sort out.
