Highly doubtful.
I believe the President stated that the strikes were 100% successful.
Maybe we lost a few but certainly not anything like 70%.

The night I was following several Syrians I would say this wasn't true. They like to boost especially the ones reporting this. She's an Iranian writer if I'm not mistaken. The US was hitting all there targets. Only one area didn't get destroyed..and possibly it was a France failure. The next day Israel came back and bombed the area.
We have to filter what I am reporting. The main person I followed the night of bombing was a civilian that was actually cheering the US successes. According to this person we were spot on our targets. Meaning our missiles were getting through.

Is this true ?
Not according to The President last nite. We launched a hundred, none were shot down, and all hit their targets. It was propaganda.
