Really, is this a thing that vehicles are not(or less) susceptible to EMP damage if the battery is disconnected?

The point of disconnecting and reconnecting the battery (both actions after the EMP event) is to reboot the electronics.

I have no idea. Good question. Would rely upon good info from Stan Deyo. I’ve heard him interviewed for years on a variety of topics. very smart man and well-versed in sensible preparation.
