A root of common law is that fraud voids all contracts. Legal pundits and jurists might mentally masturbate over over someone like Obama having their edicts stand but at some point in clearing out the overgrowth of corrupted precedence it’s not.

Allowing it to stand would leave a seed of temptation to take those kind of liberties again. People might hem and haw over it, but if this whole deal [corruption, swamp draining] is actually getting cleaned out, overthrown and reset that shit will be out the door eventually...
