I am at a loss as to why some people are such attention hogs when it comes to EVERYTHING. They want everyone they possibly can, to see and know every facet of their lives.

Having worked in a big city ER for years I've seen women walk in at all hours of the day and night with "UTI"s.
Bottom line...women don't even spend a day in the hospital for genuine UTIs.
However,it's not unheard of to be hospitalized with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (AKA: "PID")...a condition that women develop by "fraternizing" with guys of a certain type (meaning "unclean").

Amy Schumer is recovering after being hospitalized for five days with a “horrible” kidney infection.The “I Feel Pretty” star was supposed to fly to London for the opening of her new movie, but announced in the post that her doctors wouldn’t let her travel.
Ms Schumer has a new movie?
I'll assume her medical condition is real and I hope she recovers.
However, this is in line with marketing.
Have you ever noticed when an actor or musician has a new something coming out they suddenly appear in a news story?
It's all a PR trick to get free promotion and plug their new project.
Once you recognize it you can't believe you never noticed it.
