What is your take on this relationship? He was mentioned when Edward Snowden was in Russia. Q lead us to believe HK could fly and get by customs. Kissinger met Snowden? He seems to be in poor condition.

Why did I think HK in the Q post meant Hong Kong?

I honestly don't have any idea about Kissinger. In the past, I would have pegged him for being on the wrong side of this war. But for some reason, he seems to be with The Donald. Has he turned? Is he being used against his old crew? Death bed transformation?
I'm sure he has a lot to say. Hopefully he's now saying it to the right people. I can see no other reason for him to be allowed access to the halls of power.
A mystery.

I think HK in post of reference referred to “Hong Kong” vs. Kissinger; the question posed was how @Snowden could have possibly gotten from Hong Kong to Russia when, at the time, his passport was supposedly frozen, suggesting that he made it there because that’s where the ‘company’ and BHO wanted him.
