I think you may be right, which means it doesn’t hold any weight, right? Major bummer.

I thought the unsealed indictment sounded like it was written by a drama coach.

This “document” is a self created item filed in a court and dismissed. There is no legal authority behind it per se. It is a group of individuals functioning without counsel, therefore pro se, which is entirely legal, but the terminology used within takes license with the court, as if THEY are the court making a ruling.

The judge’s ruling is below:

>>> Court Description: DECISION AND ORDERED, that Plaintiffs Complaint (Dkt. No. 1) is DISMISSED without prejudice; and it is further ORDERED, that if Plaintiff wishes to proceed with this action, it must obtain counsel within thirty days of this Decision and Order; and it is further ORDERED, that if Plaintiff fails to obtain counsel within thirty days, the Complaint (Dkt. No. 1) shall be dismissed with prejudice, without further order of the Court. Signed by Senior Judge Lawrence E. Kahn on June 14, 2017. (Copy served via regular and certified)(sas) <<<

My final comment- Either the group gets counsel, or this exercise is dead. Based on the date, and not seeing any other work floating around the www, to support the effort, this document is dead.

Correct - we reviewed on these threads when it was filed. The judge allowed for refiling but would have to been by a lawyer.
