Black folks ask for sixteen jellies, twelve syrups, a handful of every packet and plastic cutlery.

My employer can't get our vending machine contractor to supply our lunch room with condiments or sports. They are stolen in hours.

Hood rats have what is known as the "packet drawer" in every kitchen. Stolen cpndiments.

I saw a poster in a McDonald’s drive up window once. It instructed the help to not give condiments unless specifically asked for, and then just give one of each, unless the customer specifically asks for a certain amount. Some McDonald’s franchisees are notoriously tight, though. They’re all millionaires. Most kids at drive up windows hand you a wistful of whatever you request.
But speaking to the situation in the article, unless she got REALLY abusive with the help, I think the whole thing was overkill, with a bit of discrimination thrown in. What? A customer’s not allowed to complain, or get mad without being arrested? I mean UNLESS...
