It instructed the help to not give condiments unless specifically asked for, and then just give one of each, unless the customer specifically asks for a certain amount. Some McDonald’s franchisees are notoriously tight, though. They’re all millionaires. Most kids at drive up windows hand you a wistful of whatever you request.
