Think about it, his ‘(the driver) prize possession’ a mass of twisted wreckage and he can think about changing stations as he was walking away, unscathed..

Well, if you leave it up to the imagination, anything is possible.
Perhaps the Devil made the car wreck because the guy tuned the radio to a Christian station.
Or perchance the car was hacked into by the government trying to get rid of him.
Wow, that's fun! Just come up with any wild reason!

Or just maybe the guy crashed the car because he took his eyes off of the road for several seconds while possibly traveling at 88 feet per second, assuming 60 MPH speed.
I know it sounds crazy, but it is possible!
