Again ... Qx learned in the Navy from colleagues that literally acres of computers had been sucking up all electronic/electricity based communications 24/7/365 ... and that was in 1970.
Yes that is why they need AI they can gather all the info but they can’t use it in real time. Like drinking from a fire house. They can only search for phrases or words or they can go back and review after the fact. AI would give the ability to see trends or issues developing real time. It is also why memes are harder to censor, words or phrases can be set in the algorithm to supress or not allow it, images are harder to interpret currently.
