Distribution. Yeah, sure for weapons, drugs, whatever.
That’s not the stuff that would really need cover.
Children as livestock, and then children as meat products. They have distribution down to the local level in all kinds of different countries. A philanthropic organization could deliver donations of food or clothes, bring on boxes of child parts, and those get delivered to the local ‘pizza’ restaurants.
Pretty clean system. If the goods are packaged correctly, local staff would be none the wiser. Make the boxes hard to tamper with, and nosy goes away as well. What’s even cleaner about this is the handoff between Red Cross and Red Crescent.
One more thing, Red Cross even has access to the military. I remember that if a loved one died, you could contact the local Red Cross, which would notify your command, and you’d be taken out of the field for the funeral.
I would not be surprised to find we were transporting children for pedovoria with military aircraft before this is over.
