IMHO the EU doesn’t really care if Iran honors its side of the agreement or not.
The EU leaders don’t even care that their open doors to “migrants” are destroying Europe, so why would they care about any destruction wrought by Iran? In fact, the only conclusion I can come to is that the EU WANTS European countries destroyed, just as Iran does wants destruction.
Either that or they’re so blinded by some kind of monetary reward and power mad that they can’t see anything. But they have to know what the mohammedan invasion is doing, and they refuse to do anything about it. So why would they care about Iran being destructive too?

I think it partly this, blinded by elitist arrogance. Cbolt had a great response upthread. It seems to me that they are accepting the gift of the globalism Trojan horse and feeling very smug about how well they embrace the world...and like you said may not care about the destruction that may come.
They assume when the invaders take over, they’ll be rewarded with even more money and power. Wrong. They will be slaughtered along with their children. That’s the way it’s always been and always will be.
