Here and there, sure. Institutions have a pendulum, ebb and flow thing about them. The legal system is sound, as is the Constitution (in principle), but we have over a century of compromise and corruption of principle and system - all painted over with confusing and dishonest rhetoric and argument; as well as out and out lies.
I doubt it is ever made whole. Universal suffrage and demographics will see to that. But I think we will see considerable "resistance to the resistance" for the next decade or so, at least. Maybe even a couple generations, 40 years worth.
Things are definitely on the right track now. Still millions of dedicated trans-nationalists in power, and globalism is still the prevailing thrust of political and legal education. Never let up.
