My daddy was a true Texas Democrat from the forties and fifties. They make Conservative Republicans look like Commies by comparison. Love America, Hate Corruption, Love the Lord, Days work for a days pay, ask a favor of no man, their word was their bond!
The diff in those days was the Dems wanted twenty carriers, the pubs wanted thirty! They would compromise on twenty-five and the country was safe.
Today’s Dems believe in abortion on demand until the top of the baby’s las hair on its head is out of the womb, Republicans (plank only) are anti all abortion. Where is the compromise?
