I am convinced that they do and that approach is evident, not only in the Q-op, but in the process we have been observing these past 2 years.
I do think we are in the middle of the endgame, or, at the least, the first third. Events are progressing rapidly at the moment.
We all know Rush is very cautious and never out in front of the pack on individual elements, yet last week, he specifically detailed the relationships between MSM and government and attorneys on the other side in order to provide covering support for Hannity. Notice how the clamor against Sean immediately quieted?
Everyone is playing their part well, IMO. I’d be nervous about discussing this on an open forum, but Q seems to think it is effective. At a guess, the ‘normies’ can draw comfort from each of us who fights back in public, however we do that.
Steve Bannon is a fierce student of the ‘fourth turning’.

I do not think so. Consider the intense events leading up to every major war; for example the War of Independence.
1765 Stamp Act
1770 Boston Massacre
1773 Boston Tea Party
1775 Lexington and Concord (first engagements)
These are just a few of many things that occurred.
Similar long run-up for Civil War and every major war.
My POINT: The overthrow of the globalist parasite, with its dual pincers of disguised Marxism and Islam ... and its vast Army of brainwashed Useful Idiots ... all backed by the international financial system ... is a HUGE REVOLUTION.
My PREDICTION: Everything that happens in Trump’s first administration is POSITIONING, and a few SKIRMISHES.
POSITIONING:
1. He has to fix the Judiciary, for the inevitable Court battles.
2. He has/had to stop the bleeding on Obama regulations and treaties (Paris, NAFTA, TPP, Iran)
3. He has to knock out at least some of the enemy operatives (cf. Comey, McCabe, Yellin) and get the War Cabinet in place.
4. He had to fix the corporate taxes, and get at least part of the business/investment community on his side.
5. He had to normalize his image with the low-info Americans.
6. He needed to secure some important foreign allies
7. He has to get the military up to full strength, as the globalists WILL START WARS or certainly challenge in foreign policy. (WE MUST WIN THESE!)
8. He has to win a genuine majority in the Senate (Probably we pick up several Genuine MAGA seats in 2018)
9. He has to secure a stronger backing of the American people—possibly by unhooking the black vote from RATS, as well as fixing the economy.
Then, the SECOND TRUMP TERM WILL HAVE THE REAL ACTION AGAINST THE ENEMY.
